To protect the community of Carroll County, our Registered Environmental Health Specialists conduct inspections in the following program areas: food safety, sewage treatment systems, private water systems, public swimming pools, campgrounds, manufactured home parks, congregate settings, body art establishments, public health nuisances, and animal bites. We strive to protect and improve public health in Carroll County through our environmental health programs. Our staff includes Registered Environmental Health Specialists (REHS), Administrative Assistants, and a Director of Environmental Health.
