Carroll County is looking to recruit Medical Reserve Corp. volunteers!

The Medical Reserve Corp. is a community-based, civilian, volunteer program that engages volunteers to help strengthen local public health infrastructure, as well as respond to disasters across the state - or nation. Anyone can become a Medical Reserve Corps Volunteer. No particular training or skill set is required to become a member, although members will be asked to complete ICS-100 and IS-700 or equivalent courses once signed up. If you sign up, please go to http://ohioresponds.gov/omrc.stm and fill out an application to be a volunteer with the Carroll County MRC. Having an account on Ohio Responds will allow you to view information about our Medical Reserve Corps as well as other MRC groups throughout Ohio. Furthermore, Ohio Responds can contact you if an emergency occurs in your area.
